NEW BAILEY ADVANCE - NOW ON DISPLAY
NEW Bailey Advance - Now on Display
Go anywhere & do anything in the new Advance motorhome range from Bailey.
Arriving in February the second-generation Advance range will be available in a choice of six low-profile layouts including two proven best-sellers and four exciting new additions. All models have been assigned new names using a number sequence identifying the length of the vehicle and the amount of dedicated passenger seats (e.g. the 66-2 model is 6.6 metres long and capable of transporting two people). All vehicle weights remain at 3,500 kgs or under meaning they can be driven by anyone with a full UK driving licence, without needing the Class C1 entitlement.
The two-berth end washroom 66-2 (formerly the 635) is carried forward, while the 70-6 (formerly 665) six-berth end lounge family layout with a drop down longitudinal double bed is also retained. New for the second generation Advance range are the extremely spacious 76-2 and 76-4 models featuring a longitudinal fixed double corner bed and a transverse end washroom with a choice of either twin parallel front seats (Advance 76-2) or an L-shaped lounge with dedicated rear travel seats (Advance 76-4). Completing the line-up are the new 74-2 and 74-4 layouts including a rear transverse double island, centre washroom and again a choice of either of either twin parallel front seats (Advance 74-2) or an L- shaped lounge with dedicated rear travel seats (Advance 74-4).
Designed to be driven all models are powered by the latest Peugeot Boxer 2.0 Hdi, 130 bhp, Euro 6 engine with a six-speed manual gearbox. Inside driver and passenger comfort is catered for with a pair of fully adjustable front swivel captain's seats with dual arm rests, pleated cab window blinds, air conditioning and engine cruise control all included as standard. This fully specified cab is, uniquely for this market sector, matched to a low-profile lightweight AL-KO AMC chassis, which, thanks to its lower centre of gravity, improves both road holding and braking efficiency as well as providing larger user payloads.Models are built using our patented Alu-Tech construction technology, cloaked in a GRP outer skin, making them more robust, more durable and yet lighter than those manufactured using conventional methods to offer greater protection against the elements to keep you comfortable, safe and secure all year round. To date approaching 50,000 Bailey leisure vehicles have been built with this ground breaking technology and are currently being used around the world.
